“Absolutely dazzling honey/ amber tone, eggshell foam with long head retention; this is a huge, multi- layered ale that would be suitable with a rich dish like beef Wellington or, even better, served after the main course; a dynamite ale.”
RATING **** Highly Recommended

An intensely complex, balanced beer, Prestige is triple fermented, the final time in French oak for a minimum of six months. Every batch differs according
to its rate of maturation. Deep caramel malt notes blend perfectly with the vanilla and tannin of the oak. Nose is semisweet and nutty, underlaid with honey. Ale has intense hoppy crispness and is slightly bitter on the finish. We have never tasted a better marriage of wood and beer.
Great chefs! Great pairings!
James Beard Best Chef Midwest Adam Siegel at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee pairs with warm chocolate cake with amarena cherries, pistachio and crème anglaise.
Koren Grieveson at Avec in Chicago served Prestige with braised ham with house-made potato cherry bread, favas, red Belgian endive with sherry.
