We love this beer with Thanksgiving turkey. Try it with spicy Thai dishes. Pairs beautifully with creamy, nutty and pungent cheeses such as camembert, fontina, asiago, and gorgonzola. Nice with lamb stew. Delicious with sautéed sweetbreads.
