Amazing with food, you can pair it with simple dishes like roasted chicken and enjoy it with cheeses and charcuterie like you would a fine wine.
De Cam Oude Lambiek is one of Belgium’s rarest and most sought after Lambics. This unique offering is created by Master Blender Karel Goddeau—considered by many to be the finest Lambic blender in the world—at the De Cam brewery in the Lambic region of Belgium. The Lambics used to make this unparalleled blend come from Girardin, Drie Fonteinen, Boon and Lindemans, while the casks used to age the beer come from Pilsner Urquell. De Cam’s Oude Lambiek is aged for a minimum of three years in oak casks and then bottled, maturing for an impressive ten years in total. Oude Lambiek is similar to a fine white wine with a refined light sparkle. The flavor and body of this rare beer is unique, with intensely complex flavors of leather, citrus and vanilla. Amazing with food, you can pair it with simple dishes like roasted chicken or enjoy it with cheeses and charcuterie.
